After many scientific findings, chocolate is now known to be a one of the world’s health (superfood) food and mood enhancer bringing out the feelings of being in love. And it is the most chosen flavor in many products. Not only does it feed the soul and satisfy the taste buds, but it nourishes the body thanks to the abundance of nutrients and flavonoids. Who would have known this dark decadence would have so many health benefits when we have been told it should be avoided like many other junk foods. 

 

So have a couple small squares of minimum 70% dark chocolate to not only feed your brain but to keep you happy in love.

    I think women have unconsciously known of chocolate’s ability to boost that feeling of being in love for centuries – it’s in our DNA!

      Hey Kelly, great point. To add to that, I’ve read a few articles that states that our body will crave certain foods because it is needing certain nutrients. Thank goodness good organic dark chocolate is filled with over 300 antioxidants and minerals that our body can use. Plus we feel good afterwards too as it feeds the brain!
