The first booth that I visited was Ykchaua Chocolates where I met owner Kaine Chandler. One of the friendliest people at the show. They were promoting chocolate brittle and their sauces.
The Mexi-Coco” Nib Brittle and Aux Fraises” Nib Brittle (made with freeze dried strawberries) were to die for.
For those who are health conscious, they also offer vegan, gluten-free, and low glycemic chocolate sauces and spread.
