Our next vendor of the day, is Kevin Shaw from Coastal Mist Chocolate Boutique. Unfortunately didn’t get a picture of him but here are a few shots of the goodies he had available for display and purchase. At the time I was there, he was waiting for his wife and daughter to join him but to also bring the rest of the treats.

I didn’t get a chance to talk to Kevin as he was really busy taking people’s orders. While I can’t make any further comments, Chef Kevin works with his wife Tara (Executive Chef) and Nicole Malloy (business partner) what started out as an home based business is now a successful business with a retail store front that also creates desserts for fine restaurants on the South Coast, mail order, weddings and more. Great job Shaw family!

Hi. I just wanted to correct a couple of things…Chef Kevin works with his wife Tara who is an Executive chef, and Nicole Malloy was his apprentice and is now a partner in the business…. They aren’t a home-based business any longer, they now have a separate full professional kitchen on the property that they have a home on. Not only do they have a store in Old Town Bandon, they do the desserts for several fine restaurants on the South Coast, mail-order, weddings and more…
